December marks the transition from Fall to Winter and from Samhain to Yule. In cyclical terms, this is the time to go inward…to get quiet…to introspect, channel, commune with Spirit. Yet: for many of us, it’s the busiest time of year filled with hustle, gatherings, shopping and hosting.
As we enter this period, we are gently and lovingly reminding you that the more downtime you can cultivate…the more resourced you will become.
When you attune to the cycles, you understand that living the perpetual summer-level energy is ultimately not sustainable. If you continue in that fashion, eventually your body will have something to say about it.
We understand that it may not be possible to completely slow down. That said, lovingly guiding yourself towards more rest, more quiet and built in times to get cozy, meditate, channel, drink tea on the coach with your partner or kids will go a long way towards a more replenishing Yule season.
With respect to your business:
Focus on ideas for content creation. This is the perfect time to channel future programs that you can begin tending during Imbolc and then launch in the Spring.
If you do run a program, can you do it through invites or a soft launch that you can do from the couch under a blanket?
It’s also a great time for writing, so connecting with Spirit for those divine downloads and working on that book you’ve been dreaming about or getting ahead on emails or social media content will be naturally easier during this time.
You could also hold intimate salons during this time with clients…bringing in a fireside vibe with a higher ticket price for a small circle spiritual or healing event that yields high transformation through less effort.
And of course, those longer nights mean you will be naturally producing more melatonin and less cortisol. There’s a reason for that! Climbing into bed earlier and soaking in some delicious sleep vibes is extra satisfying during the Yuletime.

November 25 - December 15
Mercury in Retrograde
We enter this month with Mercury in Retrograde. With respect to your sacred business, try to stay away from contracts during this time and be very careful in how you communicate with others. You’ll also want to slow down a bit and allow yourself space for processing, journaling and reflection.
Also, because this Mercury Rx is taking place in a fire sign communication may move so quickly that you miss things. Enjoy the rapid processing while also being diligent in your affairs.
This can be a potent energy for healing though. Work with your clients and focus on content that allows them to see and understand their past programming in a way that supports them in breaking through and releasing it.

New Moon in Sagittarius
This new moon is a great opportunity to take action on your goals. You may feel conflicted about your capacity to lead but this is a great moon to stretch outside of your comfort zone and try new things.
Sagittarius loves to expand, explore and learn. Is there something you’ve been wanting to do that has felt like a stretch? Lean into the discomfort and trust that you.are.ready.

Full Moon in Gemini
This moon is a great one for chatting with your clients. This can be through social media or through your email list. Ask them how they are, what’s coming up for them and what they desire. It’s a great moon for intel…the kind that will allow you to really hear them (allowing them to feel heard) while also providing you with some great insight into content and program creation for your community.
December 21
Winter Solstice
Winter Solstice, also known as Yule, celebrates the return of the Sun. It is the longest night of the year, which in turn heralds the advent of the days again stretching out towards summer.
In days gone by, it signified death and rebirth, and traditions across the globe revered gods and goddesses associated with the Sun and rebirth. On this day, the sun appears to stand still in the sky and the promise of a planting and eventual harvests was restored.
It can be powerful to take time on the Solstice to turn inward and nourish yourself. Set up a Yule altar with items like evergreen bows, pinecones, winter fruit and nuts, mistletoe (for fertility and abundance), solar symbols and lots of candles to symbolize the energy of light.
You can work with one of the deities associated with the day, like Frigga, Ameratasu, Demeter, or Spider Woman or an animal that is connected to this season, such as Bear.
Idea for introspection: Set intentions around how you can use the energy of light to penetrate aspects of your psyche that have been in the dark to gain clarity around what within you wants to transform. Be receptive to new ideas and inspirations for your life and business that you’d like to plant and tend to in the Spring. Pull cards, journal, and meditate.
December 30
New Moon in Capricorn
The fact that this Capricorn new moon is landing just before the new year is pure GOLD. Use this time to tune into your systems for the upcoming year and to align what you desire to create with the structures needed to support them.
Use the energy of this intention-setting moon to support your business direction in 2025. Dream big…but also…plan hard. Capricorn loves to guide you through the concrete structures that will hold you. Let that masculine energy guide how you start your new year.
